This refunds and returns policy outlines how we handle digital product refunds for AI Gold Maps and downloads. At Aurum Meum AI, we believe in fairness, clarity, and digital integrity. If you aren’t satisfied, we want to make things right—quickly and transparently.

Refunds and Returns Overview

You may request a full refund within 48 hours of your purchase. If more than 48 hours have passed, we unfortunately can’t issue a full refund unless the product was faulty. We want you to use our gold maps with confidence.

Who Qualifies for a Refund?

Refunds are issued only when:

  • Your map download link does not work, even after support assistance.
  • You received the wrong state map or version (Prospector vs Deep Dig).
  • The map or digital product is incomplete or unusable.

Please provide your receipt or order confirmation when requesting a refund.

Non-Returnable Products

Due to the nature of digital downloads, certain items are non-returnable:

  • Downloadable AI Gold Maps after successful delivery
  • Monthly memberships or class bundles
  • Custom-requested maps or private analysis reports

Partial Refunds

We may grant partial refunds in select cases, such as:

  • Duplicate orders for the same product
  • Checkout or payment errors resulting in multiple charges
  • Miscommunication regarding sale item pricing

Processing Refunds

Once we review your request, we will notify you of the refund decision via email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 3–7 business days.

Haven’t Received Your Refund?

If your refund hasn’t arrived, try the following steps:

  1. Check your bank account or payment app again.
  2. Contact your credit card company. Processing times vary.
  3. Reach out to your bank directly.

Sale Items and Discounted Maps

We do not refund discounted map bundles or class packages unless there’s a technical issue. Sale items are final unless otherwise stated at checkout.

Exchanges

If you received the wrong product, we’ll replace it at no cost. Email us with your original order number and the correction needed.

Gift Orders

Gifted products can be exchanged or refunded to the gift sender. If a refund is issued, it returns to the original payment source.

All AI Gold Maps are delivered via email. Didn’t get yours?

  • Check your spam or promotions folder first
  • Then email us and we’ll manually resend it
